Other than no Ryan and no kitties, I'm having a great time. It feels good to be out on the beach collecting data. Much better than sitting inside all school year. I am a lot less angsty because I didn't particularly enjoy my classes last year. But now that I'm doing my own research, I feel less tempted to drop out of grad school (not that I actually would, but felt like I'd be happier if I did).
